把這四個要素寫成model然後進行模擬, 並下了幾個結論:
1. Regulation of mRNA levels does not occur by transcription, but by adjusting mRNA degradation.
2. The contribution of splicing to regulation is negligible
3. All cases where splicing is faster than RNA precursor degradation
